I've got a new 360 Arcade after the last one's RROD was beyond repair.
Wanted to know if I should open it up and future proof it by removing clamps or leave it as is and pray the RROD doesn't appear again.

That's ultimately your call, leave it alone and have the 3 year warranty in case it does 3RL in the future and ya can have it repaired or roll the dice and hope that during your 'future proofing' it doesn't decide to 3RL on ya from all the stress placed on the board, though extra cooling and better heatsink clamp setup would be beneficial.
