Title: New Offsets?

I got this program called Halo Hacker Tools v5. I was looking at the items on the map and realized that all the offsets are 1 and 4 less than the ones shadow posted awhile ago.

Ex.

Shadowcats Offset - Rocket Bullet 2344438

Tools Offset -           Rocket Bullet 2344424

2 is 1 less than 3 and 4 is 4 less than 8.

Anyone else find this to be true?

maybe comp maps? or maybe xbox maps if your using comp version?
