The last time I updated the firmware in pretty sure that jungle flasher sitar that the dvdkey was not needed. Please note that I'm not 100% she about that.
The drive still tries to read the disc but it just doesn't recognise any disc. I'll try a DVD and an origina game and let you know.
Please tell me we can fix this, please

ok so ive been thinking about this situation and i think ive figured out whats going on.
i think that the xbox was sent back to MS and then i flashed it once again. however i think the last time i flashed it jungle flasher said the dvd key was not needed, so i THINK i may have the wrong dvdkey on file.....
any ideas on what i should do now???
edit: the drive will play dvd movies but nothing else. no originals work and no backups work.

u need your key
get your key out of your dummy file and to the new firmware presuming its your key

And what file do I use? In pretty sure that I have the right dvdkey. But jungle flasher doesn't say verified
What do I do if I don't have the right key?
