I have never heard of cowboom or whatever, so I can't tell you how they do business. Gamestop sucks. In that ad, they can't even verify if the console is HDMI or not. Since the first link doesn't actually show pictures of the console you will be receiving, I can only advise you like this. Buy the MW2 special edition console. It doesn't matter if you like the game or the design. That is a Jasper motherboard in it. Those are easily the best phat consoles you can get and they have them for less than the GS random consoles. The only way you can guarantee that you're getting a Jasper from a site that uses stock photos is to get one of the limited editions. MW2, Splinter Cell, Final Fantasy and Resident Evil Limited Edition consoles all have Jaspers, as long as they haven't been tampered with.

Look for a (Phat) black elite console and you wont go wrong.

the only good phat is a jasper.
