Any idea where to buy that I can't find any info on it or even where to buy it ????

Are there any other dos based tools that might work for unlocking the drive ?

loads of them for sale on the ebay, just search for usb 2 sata convertor. And no there are no other methods that can be used and even this doesnt work for everyone.

Awesome thanks mate thought I needed that exact model, I had one of these USB - SATA convertors laying around, worked a treat and drive went into Vendor mode no probs AWESOME!!  Something I hate about giving my cash to TX their prices are just too high!!! I'd buy there stuff if it was reasonably priced but £49 for a XBOX360 USBPRO is just to high...now I have my DVD key I feel much happier carrying out the kamakazi mod
