Title: Save Edited Maps To Iso?

Hey i was wondering if you could say, edit a halo map(or download an edited/new map) and then sumhow compile them into an ISO of a backup of your halo game(or put sumwhere into the ripped folders and create ISO) anyway is that at all possible, OR is the only option to have halo on your harddrive and keep the edited maps there in the cacche on harddrive?
