hi guys. So ive been flashing drives for years and ive never really had any problems. ive got all the tools and such so if i can recover this it'd be great!
I went ahead and connected up my 83850c v1. opened JF 1.89 and loaded my Dummy.bin that i had extracted a year ago when it was a virgin. so i load up LTPlus-0225-v2.0 from the firmware pack and hit "Spood source to target".
It spoofs it and i go ahead to MTK Flas 32. My liteon is showin gup nicely on the right hand side. I hit "Liteon Erase" and it says "Target buffer is different to source do i wish to continue"
I didn't really take any notice of this so i just went ahead and puched continue.
went through the stages, it flashed it nicely but after it was flashed JF just didn't recognise the drive any more? it wouldn't even send the outro? It won't even eject when i hit the eject button on the CK3? what went wrong?
Heres the LOG:

*EDIT* just reread the entire JF log and it appears you loaded slim firmware
Firmware Osig: [PLDS DG-16D4S 0225]
you need to send the erase command again regardless of wether it shows up then reflash with the correct firmware (PLDS DG-16D2S 0251)
Jungle Flasher is a very well built system that throws errors up to prevent you doing anything wrong with the drive. when JF told you "Target buffer is different to source do i wish to continue" you should have read it and not ignored it lol
you dont need to outro..unhook it and plug it back in the 360..the loss of power does the same as outro anyway.
i would also edit your post and remove part of your drive key

The good news is that once you have the key, it's pretty much impossible to 'brick' a liteon.
