Can I add new maps to halo nmp2 or just to the original version of halo?
Also, do I need .map or .ppf files? I took it as just a compression thing, but I'm not sure.

I believe you can add maps.  But I wouldnt know how, I tried, I had .ppf files but didnt know what to do with em.

 That's what I need to know how to do. .ppf's and .map's.

follow this link and in the file there is a readme and it will tell you how to install each of the nmp maps and ppf's so just follow that readme but replace there ppf and maps with yours hope that helps.....ps might take about 20 to 30 min to install the maps
