after i flashed my benq drive with the new 0800 V3 FW the start button was grayed out in the new XBC. I have noticed on several other forms many people are having the same trouble. After losing much sleep and trying every possible combination, i unhooked my via card and connected straight to sata port on the motherboard and bang. everything is working now. if you are having trouble try this. hope this helps out.
