Title: Lt+ Back To Lite On And Read Issues

When I modded my original Lite On drive (745 series) to LT in the past, I experience read issues with some of the backups (not all) and originals would work. So, I got tired of it and spoofed a spare Benq and had been happy as a clam so far. It was reading everything I threw at it. No read issues whatsoever.

Back ups are always Verbatim DL + 2.4x burn speed. No exceptions. ABGX passes.

Now LT+ launches, and you gotta use your original - you cant spoof. So, I dug up the LT modded original Lite on and flashed it to LT+. Great. Put it back in the box and my read problems are back.

Original MW2 - Reads fine
Back up Blur - Reads fine
Back up H:Reach - Open Tray
Back up Black Ops - Open Tray

I cant be the only one experiencing this. Is there some sort of special burn settings for Liteon 745 series? i really hoped LT+ would resolve the read issues.

Also, I searched the forum but none of the related topics are resolved.

Hmm that's weird... I've never had any problems with any games on my 7 series... Maybe it could be your laser? If you take the top of your drive off, you'll be able to see it... It should have a blue-ish tint to it, if its black, I would recommend replacing it and seeing how that goes... If you have a Phillips-benq, those lenses are interchangeable with the liteons

I have the same issue with Black Ops. Wasted 3 discs so far. NFS Hot Pursuit works fine. So did NCAA 2011. Anyone else experiencing this? This was a BENQ drive. I'll update my Liteon soon...

It's because of your laser most likely, you can't be different than others. Mine works flawlessly.
