Title: 360 Xtractor 1.2 And Spear Problem

the L2 light on Xtractor and the both lights on Spear stay on? It will still let me flash a drive but i can't read keys from a lite-on drive because i get no com port now. can somebody help or do i need a new Xtractor or Spear? even when the the Spear is unpluged the L2 light on the xtractor is on.. not blinking but on! and yes the the spear is conneted right red wire on pin 5.
