Title: 93450 Won't Go Into Vendor Mode

the clip is giving me green light for good trace cuts but my multimeter gives a reading between the 2 points with arrows for some reason.  i can't get into vendor mode and keep getting error 0x51 in JF...any ideas based on this picture?

those spots should have continuity.  can't really help you w/ clip issues, i recommend you go get a 22 ohm resistor and tear up a cat5 cable.
