I recently found out about a hacked version of Pro Evolution Soccer 5 that is floating around the p2p community. It's being called Pro Evolution Soccer 5.4 and it has real crowd-chants, new music and video intro, up-to-date strips and transfers, proper advertising boards, all team badges, proper nike footballs and the commentator calls the teams by their real names (Liverpool are no longer called Merseyside Red for example)
PS. Maybe it's just a retail version that's had a patch applied? I don't know much about the available patches.
No, you cannot. This is because it includes MOST of the original game which is copyrighted code.
