Title: Flashing Hitachi 46 Drive

Hey all, Im having so many problems with the hitachi 46 Drive, i cant get it to read in Jungleflasher, windows or in Dosflash 32. Any suggestions? Spent nearly 6 hours trying to get the pc to read the drive. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Also forgot to add its not even reading it when i boot my computer in bios. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif)( - The drive still ejects etc...

Hey Robbie,

Did one of these bad boys the other day for the first time and was a major pain when compared with doing a BenQ/Samsung or even Liteon drive in my opinion!

It took me a few hours to get it to work.  I used a slightly older version of JF (release v0.1.66, latest is v0.1.70 I think) and also used a different SATA cable (which i think was the main culprit).
As soon as I changed the cable JF picked the drive up fine using the portio32 drivers.  
I assume you've got the drive into Mode B ok first too (have to double tap eject to get the drive to eject/close ?
