Got a motherboard with nvida nForce 4 sli chipset (MSI K8N SLI)
first of all the jungle flasher didn't recognize any drives, but in DOS i've done allready a few flashes with some old boxes. So I just can do the flash in DOS.
Now I got a new box, MW2 wth Liteon 83850C manufactured in July 2009 - so I dont know if its a rev1 or a rev2.
First I thought i try the old fashioned way (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) so in DOS with LO83, I got the boot pendrive ready, run the program with the correct parameters - lo83info A0 - after that it tells me to open the tray half way. after done everything correct, checked everything more than once, nothing happens. i cant even dump the key....
Cant find out if its a rev1 or a rev2
I could use some suggestions

A few others have posted almost the same thing as you (with MW2 consoles) who had July 09's. If you've pulled 83850c keys no problem up until this point using DOSFLASH/iPrep I'm 99% sure you have a v2. What's your consoles date of manufacture? Someone else had a 9-12-2009 with a July 09 and it turned out to be v2 I believe. If soldering isn't your thing, there are some skilled folks here who will do it for you for not much more than the price of a new game.

I was asking you for the exact MFR date of the console.

just get dosflash 1.8 it has all you need!
It will dump it 2times and compare all in dos. I did it a few times and works great.
Just boot pc, boot 360, enter dosflash and there you go (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
