Title: Lite-on Is Kickin My Butt

I have tried everything. 3 computers, USB and serial, jungle flasher, ck3, and the maximus tool.. On this friggin liteon 7xxxx drive.. Normally I mod lite-ons in my sleep.. but this thing is kicking my ass. Always a bad key error. I'm pissed. Nothings working. Any help? I have a Maximus Xtractor with the probe.

try extracting the key with dosflash.

sometimes, dos works better for me other times jungleflasher works better. That seems the only option you haven't tried and it's worth a shot.

I know it sounds retarded, try play around with the 1/2 closed tray position (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I use iprep 10.7 with a ck3 and probe thru serial  give it a try !!  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

its a fantastic virtually automatic program that can retrieve your key easily and very safe !!

read the key from the other hole (i'm not sure R052? google!)

it's south east  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)  from the r707
