Hi, Longtime lurker needs help moving an Xbox 360 game save to the Xbox One. My game save transferred flawlessly, but when I went to move my wife's, that's when my nightmare began. Her account is offline, never felt the need for 2 Gold accounts until now. This is where it get's complicated. She actually was somehow able to create 2 identical gamer tags but only one has the Borderlands 2 level 72 siren we want to transfer over. I was able to make one of her accounts into a Gold account but unfortunately it was the wrong one. I'm not able to log into the other offline account & can't even figure out what e-mail address it's under.
