Title: Multiple Copies Of An Xport Emulator

OK I am doing this question on Xboyadvance and Smsplusx

I have of course Gba Gbc and Gb roms for xboyadvance...but I dont want them just listed as directories so I installed 3 xboyadvances on the xbox...but of course they all load with the same config because of E:\saves\xboyadvance\xboyadvance.ini
how do I make the multiple copies read to a diffrent .ini in lets say a diffrent directory so as not to confuse it to much.

Same question pretains to Smsplus as well as I have done this for my Master system and game gear roms.
