Title: Fastest Ftp Program

I'm still using flashFXP. It does help having gigabit network even though the xbox is 10/100. If there are a lot of small files then nothing is going to speed it up.

I have noticed around 7mb/sec transfer through a 10/100 router, and 10 to 13 mb/sec transfer Xover cable on gig network depending on types of data moving.
