Title: Very Hard Subtitles Question !

hi there :)

i use both XBMC and XBMP because between them i can play all movies, so far.

here is the problem:

when i use XBMP the subs positioned in the movie screen, in the image
i would like to move them down a little, so i edited the skin.xml.
BUT !! that only effected the subs when i have USE MEDIA PLAYER SUBTITLES ticked.

then they are posisioned fine, right in the bottom of the screen HOWEVER, now the subs cant display foreign letters correctly.
im Danish, and we got 3 letters that arent in the english alphabet. Æ, Ø, Å they now show up like blocks instead !

to sum up the problem:

when USE MEDIA PLAYER SUBS. turned ON, the subs are placed to high on the screen, but show the correct letters in the Danish alphabet !

when USE MEDIA PLAYER SUBS. turned OFF, the subs are placed perfectly in the botton of the screen (due to edit of skin.xml), BUT the last 3 letters in the Danish alphabet is shown as blocks ( rectangles ) instead of the proper letters !!


Anyone care to answer this tricky question ? :)
