Title: Streaming Videos From Pc

i cant seem to figure out how to access my computers shared folders from xbmc. i cant find any guides for xbmc to help me either :\
what do i need to do? any help would be great
ps: i have xenium ice with xen os.v2 .. using evox etc. oh and another thing i noticed is when i run the xbmc i cant access the xbox harddrive via ftp. is that normal?
