Title: Xbmp 2.3 Install

Ok, hello all...and Im learning, lol.....anyway, this is where Im at, I have put my folder labled Xbox Media Player in the e: drive of my exbox, that is running Evox...I think I configured it right, but know that it is not right, In the dash, inder apps, I can see "Xbox Media Player" and it is in red, but I can not go up to select it, here is what my evox.ini looks like if anyone can see what Im doing wrong, thanks in advance.

Section "Games"
      {
         AutoAddItem "e:games"
                       Item "Spy Hunter","e:spyhunter.iso"
         AutoAddItem "f:games"
         SortAll
      }
      Section "Apps"
      {
         AutoAddItem "e:apps"
                       Item "Xbox Media Player","e:xbmpdefault.xbe"  
         AutoAddItem "f:apps"
         SortAll
      }


And BTW you can see under games I put the Spy Hunter folder there, I can see that too, but can not play the ISO...I know its wrong, but dont know why, so any help on that would also be greatly appreciated.

it has to be the path in evox.ini

you have autoadd e:\apps\

is the Item line correct for XBMP? . . .

should it not read . . .

e:\apps\xbmp\default.xbe

It should read e:  apps  xbmp  default.xbe but all the "  "'s fall out in this forum  ;)

K, you need to do the \ twice like so: \\
