no offer here. just my 2cents..
if you want the console to last. go for a reball or atleast a reflow and upgrade the cooling.
please dont do anything like a xclamp replacment with super tightend nuts and washers embedded in the board.
I used to buy 360's and fix them but with all these home brew and "kit" fixes it became impossible.
for every 360 i could fix, i had 3-4 that were ruined by these "kits" so i just stopped.
they really do more damage than good. they crush the chips in to the board. and the board get warped the chips lose even more contact connections get strained pads get damaged solder gets squashed..
and when one day it wont boot and you say ok il get it reflowed/reballed now that fix gave me 1 month extra, you will find that you cant reflow or reball it now because its ruined..
so in all honesty. just pay the $50 or whatever it is in your area for some one to fix it properly. you will be glad you did 2-3 months down the road when you dont have to throw out your jtaged console because its ruined.

Thats a crude method xclamps with washers and bolts. an xbox 360 is almost 8 years old.and the new one is coming out. I would just say screw it and look for a jasper. I have a jasper.
