Title: How To Convert .krk Files To Mp3+cdg?

I have a bunch of .krk files (MS's Xbox Music Mixer karaoke songs) that I bought when the Music Mixer first came out. I'm trying to figure out if there is a way I can somehow convert these files into a format XBMC will support. I'm really jazzed about the microphone support addition and I'd love to be able to use these files/songs. Thanks.
