I have reflowed and done the usual Xclamp replacements etc,some needed it and others i did for prevention purposes.
I have zero returns on any of these consoles and i use one personally and cannot fault it one bit but im going to say that i suppose!

Have a few questions though,
Are the KVs banned to reduce cost? I have no interest in ever using a JTAG on XBL.
What drives do they have? Are they flashed already yes?
Do the consoles have their original X-clamps or not?
And have they had RRoD before, or has a repair been done/attempted?
If you want to PM me the answer we can go from there, but I'm very very interested in buying a JTAG'd falcon!

I ordered a Falcon Jtag from David and, on the day he was due to ship to me, he was honest enough to tell me he had tested it and it wasn't working 100% of the time. Rather than send me a console that worked more often than not he offered a refund or to wait until later in the week when he had more stock coming in and he could be sure that what he sent me would work perfectly.
He is as honest as they come and a pleasure to deal with. If anyone is umming and arring I would recommend him in a heartbeat after my experience of dealing with him.

Shame I can't say the same thing. The first issue I have is the poor delivery service, I purchased a jtagged xenon and it came 3 days late when the op clearly says next day delivery (he said that the courier company could not collect it, well there's plenty of courier services he could of used). The second issue I have is poor communication, I sent ddsdavey a text message, an email and posted in this thread 2 weeks ago stating that the consoles nand had been corrupted and I needed help in order to get it reflashed (seen as he couldn't be bothered to provide a external flashing solution like most sellers do) and I have yet to receive any reply even though he is active on the forums.

Probley needs a reflow buddy!!, i have tried the towel fix in the past, it does work, but i would only reccommend doing it once!!! If you feel comfortable with it take the xbox apart cover all the main parts with foil and just leave the gpu visable, now you can use a heat gun over the gpu, but only for a few seconds, nomore than 10 id say!! or a hairdryier, peolpe say this deosnt work cause it doesnt get hot enough, iv done this in the past and held the hair dryier over the gpu with a half inch gap for 10mins that worked too!! Or pay to get it reballed this will fix it for a very long time!!!!

I also have a few Phat PSUs,150w and 175w at £10 and 203w at £15.
Also,fresh from Microsoft Service centre i have some refurb slims,they went as 9504s and i have my doubts as to whether they stil remain or not so im going to say no until further notice.As stated these are Microsoft warranty replacements and as such are immaculate,no hdd,all 4gb models,boxed with PSU and TV lead - £90.

Slim 0225 with disc tray/eject issue,only ejects from Dashboard NOT from front of console and the tray is fragile and can slip if not careful.Its definitely playable knowing these issues and barr the problems mentioned it is in excellent condition and plays games etc absolutely fine,very clean console - £75 including delivery.

The Zephyr was on 4580 and as such has the odd random lights/E79 upon start up,its a spot on console and the issues it suffers are quite minor imo ,i have deliberately used this console for the past 5 days instead of my usual one,to try it out,and i can honestly say its been great and i have not hadany issues whatsoever.
I only mention this console as i realise how many of you guys want HDMI,the console has also had a 12v fan mod done to it and runs nice and cool.Comes with latest Freeboot plus nand backup on disc,i will let this one go for just £100 including postage but the buyer purchases knowing all this and obiously NO RETURNS.
I like to think whoever buys it will wonder what all the fuss was about just as i did whilst playing but i am brutally honest out of respect for Xbox Scene and its members.

Console works perfectly and David did a fantastic job of answering questions for me tirelessly as I'm a newbie to the JTAG scene. I've dealt with David before when he reflashed an old 360 I used to use and that also worked perfectly fine.
Got nothing but praise for David, met the guy in person in addition to having dealt from distance and he's been excellent every time.
Couldn't recommend anymore, thanks again David.

In short I have a jtaged xenon which I did myself and all was well, it suffered RROD and got reflowed and is now back to RROD after 9 months.
Not sure what to do if you could supply me with a decent jtagged console, would you be interested in my console? (no problem if not)
With that which are the most reliable jtags?
I am happy to do console only as long as it will run on my current power supply and I am not bothed by hdmi (grown fond of my vga + optical audio setup).
Not in too much of a rush so willing to wait for the right console.
