Guys, bear in mind I'm from Australia, so these are Aussie consoles. Once you JTAG they'll be region free anyway so that doesn't make any difference, but you will need a power plug (kettle lead) from your region (the power supply will work fine, it's just the detachable lead with the plug on the end you'll need). Couple of bucks/pounds/euro for one of those

There's no difference as far as I'm aware..... you're on the right site to find out for sure though
Pretty sure the JTAG installation is the same for all models though.

I do have 4 late 2008's though if you prefer a 16mb NAND. These four also come with an extra game and an external memory card.
