Title: Xbox Power Button And Controller Ports Not Working

I would take the faceplate from the old one and put it on the 1.6 to see if that fixes the power problem. If so, you can swap components if you want.

The controller ports could have gone out, but there may be more going on with the motherboard.

Thanks for the reply. I actually posted that way too soon before getting all the information. I don't remember why I thought I had a 1.6, but the softmodded xbox is actually a 1.2. I think it's just that Trace Corrosion issue that happens on the older version.

I have my eye on a cheap crystal xbox that I might get, then I will try and fix this one
