Title: An Original Xbox Controller Question.
Post by: AerosolSP on April 11, 2011, 12:19:00 PM
Anyone know what format the Xbox sends/probes for data over the USB controller port in? I wanna know what data Steel Battalion sends over USB to the controller to make certain LEDs light up like that.

To my knowledge, the xbox 1 controller only has one led, and no way to control it being on or off.
What am I missing here?

regards.

USB Hid Protocol * Special though because the xbox controller shows up as a USB hub ( 3 devices ) 1 controllers with 2 memory card slots. There is no official hid descriptor.. a person has made a piece of hardware called the cthulu board that is written in C and can spoof the xbox protocol.. maybe thats something your looking for?
