For F/G partitions over 256GB you have to format them with XBPartitioner 1.1 - if you don't you'll get corruption. Once you've reformatted you need to check the cluster size to make sure it's 32k, not 16k. You may have to temporarily resize the F partition, or alternatively format the drive with an F and G partition, then reformat it as one F partition. See this post for details.
Note that you HAVE to check the cluster size manually using a small file and Evox - you can't currently rely on XBPartitioner to report cluster sizes correctly. There is a new version under test that resolves this.
You may be able to manually recover some of the data from your disk beforehand using Photorec.
You don't need to reformat C, E, X, Y or Z.
