Title: Changing Dashboard Theme

ok,m sorry, im kinda drunk. but non the less, i have been searching for 20 minutes, and cant find the answer to my question. (dont help that the search feature is broken right now.  k, how the heck do i change my dashbopard theme?? i dled sonme b.s. x3 theme. byut i cant set it up. i feel dumb. my xbox is totally stock.

is there a way to import a custom dashboard on to a stock xbox 360
