Title: Sa Weapon/car Spawner

I'm trying to find a way to just add a weapon/car spawner in my game withought having to use a multi mod (like All In One). The reason for this is because the multi mod packs always seem to screw up something in my game.
Does anyone know where I can individually find these two mods? Or is it something I can make on my own?
