Title: Loading Trainers Threw Cd?

Can I load trainers threw a CD, if there's any programs that allow you to do so instead of ftping to it? Something like dvd2xbox, except for trainers.  Can it be done with dvd2box if you make an xiso of a bunch of trainers and load them in the correct DIR?

Anyhow, any help would be great, thanks
