I have a question for anyone in the know - are FBA ports limited to what's available on the PC version? Like are you able to add drivers that aren't normally included. I'll admit I know nothing of programming (yet), but I have read that MAME drivers are similar to FBA drivers, and some can even be converted using some software. I don't know if that goes against the license of either work, or if I'm just talking out of my ass though.

Thank you for contributing to the xbox homebrew scene. quick ? for those in the know.... will mame roms also work with  this? reason i ask is i cant seem to find fba only roms?

lol mame360? you mean the mame360 that is 3 years out of date and is not even optimized to play everything at full speed HAHAHA

The latest PC version doesn't play all the roms at full speed/perfectly either. But mame360 is old. If someone ported over the latest mame version, it would play all that FBAnext can and more.

Do like the addition of videos, reminds me of MALA. Something like HyperSpin on the 360 would be fantastic  biggrin.gif

still cant set player2 6th button(high punch) to player2 right trigger blink.gif  blink.gif

can someone let me know if this will play any of the mortal kombat or killer instinct roms? ive been feening for some old school mk and ki arcade action...

no there is no support for any MK or KI games.

however if someone ported the KI emulator I am sure it would run fast(probably 100%)

Can someone please help me getting roms to show up?

I've tried everything I know and roms still dont appear in FBAlpha when it loads up.

I've tried editing the fba360.xml file:

I've put roms in the roms folder it created but, still nothing shows up...

What am I doing wrong?

Just noticed the above typo, I actually have them in...

Hdd1:\Emus\FBAnext\Roms\Game1.zip

Are your roms compatible? There is a pack floating around that is recommended.

I just copied the files from this update over the previous release, not sure if that was the correct way to install it.

Has anybody got a link to the video preview files, or care to upload them somewhere? Again, please use http://www.mirrorcreator.com if you do.

anyone figured out the problem with 2player button 6? I cant map it to right shoulder AT ALL. thats the default layout for fighting games. it always maps itself to "B" button by itself.

anybody know if there will be another update??

I really like the "CRT" filter on the newest ps3 fbanext. it makes it look very "authentic" on lcd monitors and doesnt effect the game speed. everything still ran 100%.
