Title: Xexmenu Running Off Usb Drive On Freeboot .032
Post by: thejipster on April 29, 2010, 09:04:00 PM
I am trying to figure out if there is away to do away w/ the official Microsoft 20 gig hd and just run Xexmenu from a thumb drive.

Now that MS's latest dash supports usb media, has anyone been able to get Xexmenu to boot off the USB.

Any help/hint will be appreciated.

thanks
- J

Add the following to your HDD1
(Launch Dash v0.2 package)
launch.xex
launch.ini (LUsb:\Xexmenu\default.xex;)

Also add this same launch.ini to your USB containing XeXMenu.

Plugin USB, poweron your 360.

Another way is to give your USB to the 360 system to make a MU patition and using XStaf in your PC, you may
add the live file to your USB/MU.
