XM360 v0.3Posted by XanTium | January 21 01:10 EST | News Category: Xbox360 |

Team XeDev released XM360 v0.3:
This includes all of the features of XBLA Unlocker previously released by dstruktiv. The additional "Collection Management" is contributed by node21.
What's new/fixed (v0.3) * Changed source of data so now we have released date, rating (0 thru 20), and number of ratings * The "B" button will change what you are sorting on (title, release date, rating, number of ratings) * MAKE SURE that you delete your old xbla_titles.csv on the root of your USB drive if you have one there * New script to recreate the database is included, but it take *MUCH* *MUCH* longer to run if you need to run it (you should only need it once a week or so when new titles are released, if you care to be that up-to-date)
Official Site: n/a, by Team XeDev Download: n/a (built with XDK)

Nice Work, i will check this out...
-
Great App but i got a prob the screen seems to be offset, too zoomed in.
-
Thanks for this!
For everyone's information, the new perl script collects data from xbox.com rather than using Kingla's database page.
-
The screen being zoomed in is because this app does not yet support screen scaling. It was designed and developed at 1080p...so if you are running a low resolution, it will likely not show up correctly. I'm hoping to have screen scaling included in the near future.
Interestingly enough, I finished version 0.4 last night. It includes the ability to launch your XBLA titles right from XM360. So, that means you can peruse your collection, and launch the highest rated titles with ease.
I'll try to get it uploaded to the usual places this evening.

ok man thx for the info, and thx for this app
-
Thanks, your work is very appreciated!!
As a sugerence, it would be great if this app could patch other DLC content appart from XBLA games.
cya!

I second that motion.
I would like to see a database of DLC among other things, like a total Xbox 360 collectors database.
This would include: Title Updates, Game DLC, Themes/Gamer Pics, and any XBLA titles.

Something to report, not major bit still.
Arcade game Familly Game Night is still a trial while this and other apps report it as a full version

Probably this one is tricky because it's structured as a free container (the game hub) with several paid modules (the actual games).

Perhaps my issue is related to that....
I am running this by VGA @ 1680 x 1050 and the box that displays all the content has 7 titles that are below the frame. What i mean is if I scroll down through my list of games when i get to the bottom of the box, I need to press down 8 more times before the list scrolls up, so naturally when I get to the end of the list, there are 7 titles that I cannot see. Although the display box seems to display properly, the content within it does not....if that makes any sense to you....hahahah
-
yeah, the VGA thing is probably the same screen scaling issue.
Version 0.4 should show up in the usual places soon. It is done. (released on irc)
There is a new known issue with it... Super Contra has two IDs...but one of them is identical to Rocket Riot. So it gets mixed up between those two titles...I'll address it in the next release.

Im liking all the work your putting into this. Thanks for a great program.

I too had problems with family game night plus serveral others. one of which still gives me problems. Thats king of fighters98. It says i dont have permission when i try to play. As for Hasbro game night what i did was simple. I opened the individual games and used con flag remover. Presto they show up. Curious thing is the flag remover isnt made for that purpose yet it worked.

What is the path in the usual places to find this? I could not find it at all. Thanks!

Hmm, try putting the whole folder on a usb stick and launching the xex from xexmenu. If that doesn't work, you've got a bad download somehow, I suspect.
-
ok i loaded xexmenu and tried to run it from usb:\\Content\\0000000000000000\\xm360 and it says the game could not be loaded please download the game again.
i just downloaded v0.4 from the usual place so it shouldnt be corrupt, maybe i need to patch it is there a guide on that?
