Whoa, as simple of a response that was you've lost me.  It seems like something really simple but I really have no idea.  I haven't experimented with Dev Kits too much.  If you could direct me to either a tutorial or provide me with a step by step guide it would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

So what I understand from it is that I
-download a CON resigner (just did)
-I use the Xbox Neighbourhood to connect to the devkit.
-Pull the Profile off of the Devkit onto the comp.
-Use this resigner program (which looks simple enough - open the program load the profile and press resign?)
-Move the newly resigned profiles back to their original location on the devkiy
-Open up the dashboard and tranfer the profiles to memory unit like usual
-Stick memory unit into retail xbox
-Voila?

Oh ya, also if I do manage to succeed and resign my gamertag and transfer it to my retail xbox, do I keep my Live membership, the XBL points, and the DLC that I have?

No you don't this merley works to get your gamesaves on the retail, but also take not after you use con sign, you can't really use the profile on the debug kit anymore so make a backup

No Partnetnet is separate from the Retails live servers.

Even if you get it to work you will still have an invalid gamertag
