Someone can close this. I figured out what it was, it wasn't software. The GPU actually was overheating and my 360 got the rrod just now. Freakn' rediculous that hardware like this can f8ck up.

Its the gpu overloading ummm possibly overheat like the video of sligstorm same thing happend when he started his 0grav mod or somthing but his never turned back on after that???
