Nah, you might aswell start from scratch in visual studio express.

If by port you mean take your UML diagrams and rewrite the code using the ideas and concepts layed out/proven to be correct and working then you sure can!

However....
If by port you mean open up the .fla in C# express, compile and play, sadly no (although that would be cool).


On a related note, the PS3 web browser supports flash files, so the enemy natively supports your code ph34r.gif

Well, there are open source flash libraries so you could port the open source flash libraries to C# & XNA & use that to load up flash games/flash movies on 360.
