If I ripped a game with NXE to the hard drive is this the best way to extract the raw files? convert first to iso then use xbox image browser to extract the files? or is there a way to extract files directly from an NXE/GOD rip?

Okay figured it out

it's in the \hdd1\Content\0000000000000000\*game id*\00007000\ dir

Copy it all over, load it into GOD2ISO
but the problem is xbox image browser won't recognize the ISO type, but UltraISO can open it and extract the files (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I'm trying this right now. I have a bunch of GODs but I've been persuaded to use extracted files now just like in the old days with the Xbox 1 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Is the game working for you?

EDIT: Dante's Inferno seems to be working. Originally installed via NXE from disc -> NXE2GOD -> God2Iso. Guess it's time to do the rest of my games.

BTW, is it recommended to delete the system update folder for all the games?

Skate 2 works flawlessly.
NFS: Shift won't load past the loading screen.
Army of two 40th day had corruption in the audio folders. Wouldn't load.

Yea it's recommended to delete the system update folder. Theres no need for it.

Hi,

I have the same problem. How did you manage to make it recognise as a "normal" game in tools like schtrom or abgx? They can't even open it. Actually I've never burn one of my iso made by God2iso, but do you think that my 360 will run it normally?

I can't seem to get a working iso. I dump the folder containing the dumped nxe data. I run it through god2iso and ger an iso. Abgx gives me an error about missing everything but won't instert anything. I put the video part in using xdvdmulleter, using what agbx told me. Then, I run it through agbx again to fix. Then I run it agbx again and everything is green except the game data crc fails. Buring this iso gives you a coaster that makes the xbox report disc read errors. What am I doing wrong?
