Will this work for DLC also?

I'm in the same situation as kirchner, have my HDD from a banned 360 and I want to be able to play my DLC offline on my new (un-banned) console.

You will not be able to play DLC cross consoles without the purchaser signed in, but you can fix your gamesaves.
