Title: Xbox Backup Creator Start Button Is Greyed Out

I'm trying to rip my game using xbox backup creator but when i select my kreon drive (sh-d163b) and go to the read tab, the start button stays greyed out.  I was wondering if there was a solution to this.  many thanks to anyone who can help.
