Not having much success with XBC 2.9 and iX 1.6 0800(samsung). In SPTI mode drive is recognised but when complete backup is started it returns "Unable to determine current visable partition" "Read Failed". Tried the same with ASPI selected and get warning about already been unlocked, video will be filled with zero's but disc continues to rip. Stealth checked the resulting ISO failed only on the video partition.
Needless to say tried I this on more than one original disk with same results.
I was having the same problem with my spare MS25 flashed with iX 1.6 0800. I have since installed the drivers posted in the link by link375 and was able to make a full backup successfully.
Give them a try if your still experiencing problems.
I use Vista64 and when i open the new XBC v2.9, i get this message...

After i press 'ok' everything seems to working normally, is this message anything to worry about?

Just select complete backup and press start.
How hard can it be.
The start doesn't light

nvm I got it to work, just installed these drivers.
http://www.versiontr...einfo/win/70822 and restarted, now im backing test drive

i have the same problem where the start button is greyed. all of these driver links don't get you to where you can download anything. finally i found one driver setup installation .exe file for this. i ran the file, restarted and still nothings working.
originally this worked and i was able to back up one of my games. now when i tried to do another one i have this problem where it won't let me start the rip. it recognizes the drive and disk in xbc but start is greyed out.
i've tried everything and really need some help with this issue. if the answer is installing these drivers then can you be a little more specific with where to download them and how to install them. thanks
