Title: Need Help With Xbox Backup Creator

i have a kreon 1.00 flashed drive. when i open XBC everything seems to be recognized. i select the correct drive in the box above and under the options tab. except the start button is grayed out.

does anyone have any ideas?  or is there any other info i need to post to receive help?

any help would be very much appreciated as i have driven myself crazy trying to figure itout.

someone in here has had to have encountered this before.
