Title: Media Center Freezing On Startup Screen - Why?

I had to install a new hard disk into the pc and had to setup the media center up again but now the screen freezes (as the photo shows). How can i fix this? I've tried uninstalling firewalls but still the same problem. Stuck now tbh!
