Title: Extender Communication Error

Hi, my problem is I keep getting an Extender Communication Error every time I try to connect my 360 to my computer with vista on it. I go to set up a new connection and it sees my PC and everything. I enter the pin on the computer and it goes through the check marks for configuring computer settings and searching for extender, but it pauses at configuring extender settings and my 360 goes to the Windows Media Center contacting... screen, but on the computer, i get the message "An error occurred while communicating with the Extender. Please restart your Extender, get a new setup key, and try setup again. I have tried resetting my 360 and retrying and have had no luck. I have also set factory defaults on the Computer finding. Does anybody have any ideas?

unistall extender manager and reinstall fixed my headaches

I got mine working by going to the 360 dashboard, next the media center tab, then I had to go past the serial number screen which enables the 360 to be configured by the pc.  I could not set it up if I had the 360 sitting at the serial number screen.
