Title: Big Xb Backup Creator Prob .... No .dvd

hello I got a big prob I dont know if its me or the prog

I have the Samsung drive for pc i hooked it up via USB

I cant See it in the Backup creator list but i can only Read with Partition not a COMPLETE Backup

When i hit Start in a Few sec error wil amerge and saying

Unable to determine current visible partition
 
and then read failed

So guys whats the prob??
