Title: Back-up Software Need Help

I have two 360s with the Xeno 360 modchip installed in each one, one 360 is a hitachi 46 and the other a samsung ms28 (I just got them from my friend who doesn't need them anymore). How do I make back-ups is there a special drive I need for my computer and what software should I use, I need to know where to get everything and how to do everything any help would be appreciated, thanks.
