Title: Xbox Backup Creator Question

no detailed guide, there is a tutorial ( Tutorial: XBCreator & Imgburn )  for backup.

When you do a full image you do not need the unlock, XBCr does it for you.
If you just want to extract the game partition (current), then you have to use the unlock before.

a slightly detialed one , but totally misses the unlock   rolleyes.gif    here
