Has anyone managed to get their 360 to see mapped drives on their MCE PC ?
I've got a Virtual Machine running MCE. On that machine I've mapped a drive to another PC that contains several ts files which I can play with no problems inside the Virtual machine.
I've opened Media Center and added the mapped drive as a folder and can browse the ts files inside the Video heading.
The problems start when I flick over to the 360, whatever I try it wont see the Shared folders and will only see local folders on the VMWare machine.
I tried going into Media Player 11 and adding the mapped drive to the library but this had no effect.
The only way I can see round it is to add the ts files to my MCE local C drive but that involves me changing the VM drive to be about 50gb instead of 4gb which I dont really want to do.
Has anyone got any ideas ?
Thanks for any help

I've sorted it with a logon script for MX1 mapping the drives.

I'm having the same problem, I can access the files on the network drive from the pc but not from my 360, how did you get around this?
