Title: Encode360 Is Saying The Duration Is Way Shorter Than It Really Is

I have a HD MKV file that i'm encoding to watch on my 360. when i go to the advanced settings in encode360 it says the duration is 1hr 9mns. It's actually around 3 hours.

I dont want to waste the time encoding it if it's only going to do a third of the movie.
anybody know if it'll encode the whole movie?
